How do I generate a meal plan?
On the Home tab, tap the ✨ button and choose Generate Today, or open the Meals tab and tap Generate to plan a full week. Meals appear gradually as they're created.
How do I swap a single meal?
Tap any meal to open its details, then tap Swap Meal. This replaces just that one meal with a fresh AI suggestion.
How do subscriptions work?
MealRoots Premium is available as a Monthly or Yearly auto-renewing subscription, unlocking unlimited AI meal generation, 4-week planning, full analytics, and more. Subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your device, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → MealRoots and choose Cancel. Your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Delete Account and confirm. This permanently deletes your account and all associated data (profile, meal plans, shopping lists, and preferences). This action cannot be undone.
I forgot my password.
On the login screen tap Forgot Password? and enter your email. We'll send you a reset code. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or email us.
My meals aren't appearing.
AI generation can take up to a couple of minutes. Pull down to refresh, and make sure you have an internet connection. If it still doesn't load, contact us and we'll help.
